Personalized, Intuitive, Healing
I believe deeply in the power of touch and understand its essential part of a balanced self-care routine. My exploration into wellness began in 2011 with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Tree SF. My favorite aspects of teaching were in the one-on-one moments of physical adjustments to a student's asana as well as the breath work incorporated with those movements. My studies continued with a Death Doula program in Maui, where Ram Dass was a guest teacher. My desire to dive deeper into healing led me to the National Holistic Institute School of Massage Therapy - which taught me to thoroughly listen to my clients and devise a treatment specific to their needs. My approach is to deliver a service that heals and calms both the body and mind. My practice combines Swedish, myofascial therapy and energetic pointwork techniques to increase circulation as well as energetic flow. I enjoy focusing on the neck, shoulders and back to melt away tension that is often caused by physical habits and emotional traumas that materialize in the our bodies.
